Wes Lang (PICTUREBOX/HALF) Hardcover – November 30, 2013

I really admire Wes Lang's impeccable technique and drawing skill (although I suspect he uses the old tattoo artists trace-with-a-lightbox trick), but the words and the conspicuously- placed scribbles are annoying and don't feel genuine. Interesting work, especially if you are into Americana, tattoo and biker culture mixed with populist spirituality and pin-up girls.

If you are familiar with his work you will enjoy this book. It is very high quality with beautiful reproductions. Excellent.Also, check out Skulls & S***, a book combining the works of Wes Lang and Donald Baechler.

A some what comprehensive look into Wes Lang and his process and his Art work. This book is packed full of great imagery from Wes Lang. Enjoy!!
