Kenny G - The Moment: Soprano, Alto, and Tenor Saxophone Artist Transcriptions

This is a great selection of Kenny G tunes, that includes the saxophone sheet music, as well as a piano accompaniment. I play the soprano and alto sax, along with a friend on piano. This is exactly what we have been looking for. The music also has the jazz runs played by Kenny G on his album. I have been practicing those, and over time I think I may get them down. This volume provides us with a challenge to become proficient with Kenny G music.

I bought this after reading other great reviews of it. I was not disappointed. While most of the tunes are very challenging, they are learnable for the intermediate to advanced player. I've played woodwinds most of my life, starting with the clarinet. I play alto sax in a band, but wanted to get a soprano sax and learn that, so i purchased a sax (from amazon) along with this book. So far I'm totally enjoying both!

ソプラノサックスと言えばケニーGさんがすぐ頭に浮かびますね　ケニーGの楽譜本は色々ありますがこれはお勧めできます　スコア譜（全パート　コンボバンドですぐ活用できます）そして別冊に「ソプラノサックス譜」なっているのが有難いです。それに紙質も良くしっかりした製本になっています。

国内の楽譜は、ほとんどSAXの楽譜はALTSAXソロかSAXにPIANO伴奏がつく程度ですが、英国のHAL LEONARD社の楽譜はバンド譜になっており、ＳＡＸ・キーボード・シンセサイザー・ギター・ＢＡＳＳ・DRUMS・パーカッション等の曲ごとの編成で構成されており、楽譜をスキャナーで読み込み、ＰＣソフトのスコアーメーカーで演奏しＳＡＸ部分を練習しています。もっと楽譜の存在が知られれば購入希望者は多いと思います。

Mein Lieblings Songbook.Besonders gelungen ist das beigefügte Notenheft nur mit der Saxophonstimme. Notation liegt sehr nah am Original.
