What does an engineer do when told (as other reviewers have claimed) that something cannot be upgraded? That's right, I had to rip the PC apart.This PC is truly fanless. The amount of stuff they packed into such a small form factor is impressive. There's only one flaw - the hard drive used is painfully slow. It's the bottleneck for the whole computer by a wide margin. As you can see in the attached images, I was getting read/write speeds of 79MB/s and 66MB/s, which is pretty bad. By comparison, attaching an external SSD drive via the USB 3.0 interface gave me a much superior >400MB/s. But you can't truly run an O/S off an external drive.After taking the computer apart (it does come apart easily, just remove 7 screws), you can see that an M.2 drive can be added in theory. Choosing the right one without any documentation was a challenge. I first tried a Samsung 250GB PCIe NVMe (2280 form factor). Well, it fits, but the case won't close.Then at seller's suggestion, I tried this  hard drive . The connection obviously looks different (the slot only has one key, but the SSD has two). However, it does fit. And it's far superior to the built-in hard drive. You can see from the attached pictures that access times improved from 0.588/0.915ms to 0.075/0.093ms, and sequential read/write speeds improved from 79/66 to 495/467 MB/s. That the difference between the PC taking a few seconds to respond to a button click to actually being useful. This specific SSD is not great (also see my review), but a hell of a lot better than the one included with the mini PC.My suggestion to anyone buying this PC is to get a new SSD, complete a quick partition with DiskGenius to get Windows to recognize it, and i nstall a lightweight operating system (I went for lubuntu). As is, the PC is barely usable for everyday tasks - browsing the web, e-mail, word processing and such. After the upgrade, it's actually a nice machine!The fact that it draws almost no power and is silent is a big plus if you're planning to keep it on continuously as the heart of the multimedia center.

I am a Computer Science major, so sometimes, I need more than one computer. I looked many product like that pc, and I saw it. It has more ram capacity when compare with other products. I am using this to surf internet, databases works, and some small programming works. It is not fast like a regular Pc, but it is work smoothly. There is 2 HDMI out, but I didn't use both of them at same time. In brief, That Pc can help you to almost everything which are not request advanced system. Just You need monitor or projector. 2 HDMI cables came with Pc.

A tiny mini pc, but has big potentials. The speed on this is super fast. This uses windows Microsoft Cortana which I’m used to. Thought this would be some cheaply made one, but it’s actually has great value. It’s also portable which is a plus. I love the super fast 6 GB ram. The 2.2 GHz really helps the cpu boost. The Ethernet was the best thing, now I can have way better WiFi. The design also look stylish and cool. Paired with my monitor, this was great.

The idea was good mini powerful PC we can even carry in pocket as well, It supports windows 10 and processor is good enough for my normal use. It supports dual monitor as well actually for me it is not required but it is another advantage i am using only one monitor and it is working perfectly. I used to watch HD movies and played few games i didnt see any lag till now. It comes with 4 usb ports, wifi and Bluetooth and all the required cables are available in the kit. This PC boots fast and works on even low speed internet as well. Worth for trying at this price.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this mini pc for travel and also as the backup of my Notebook. This is really tiny and low power, doesn’t occupy too much space on my desk. Sometimes I use it to surf the web and play youtube videos. I had no problem streaming 1080p videos. Boots up relatively quickly, and comes with Windows 10 preinstalled. This mini PCs are the latest marvels of PC technology and promise everything that your desktop can do. This particular machine comes with 6GB RAM, 64GB onboard flash memory and runs Intel Celeron Processor N3450 processor up to 2.20GHz and Intel HD500 graphics that is quite capable for this price range.

i'm planning on subs my desktop for this mini computer. so far i'm happy with its performance, biggest problem i found was the almost non existant owner documentation. what came in the box was a total mess.

Using this as a media PC, and it has worked well. It's completely silent and can handle multiple streams running. Wouldn't recommend it for gaming, but at this price, you can't beat it for video.
