The pictures indicate that the battery compartment is accessable. Convenient for swapping out a battery on a long trip. How do I do it?

I was wondering the same. The product picture shows an 18650 battery being inserted into the bike light via the "bottom cap". Seems like false advertising if this isn't the case.

Red tail light doesn't have any different modes than on. once i click it on, i have to take the batteries out to turn it off. can i get a new one?

I could not turn it off, pushing lens again did not help. I had to take it apart. Now I cannot turn it on. Also cannot install the front light.

When i attach the usb cable, an indicator light doesn't come on, what does that mean? how do i know if it s charging?

If the lights not on that means it’s broken
