Ritrovo Selections 100% Organic Whole Grain Farro - 1.1 lb.

We are loving this farro. We enjoy the texture (we like it fairly al dente), the flavor and the versatility of this grain (great in salads, as a side cooked in porcini broth with a little pecorino romano on top, or even as a rice substitute). We also value the health benefits of whole grains. Very delicious. Wonderful product.

Bag had a hole in it. It was tapped over but part of the content was spilled into the mailer. Not impressed.

Product arrived opened with farro all over the box it was delivered in. This is not a return or replace item.

I use this to make flour, or it can be use in place of rice. Will recommend.

I needed this for a recipe and it was really good
