Door is great. I ordered the 72” x 30” for a skoolie build I’m doing. I framed the door with 2x4s I stripped down to 2x2 and used sheet metal to enclose the openings. The installation is very straightforward. Seal the edges with butyl tape. Use #8 screws and make sure it’s square. I used auto seam sealer to seal the edges and even the face of the door where the metal joins the door panel. Door functions great. Opens and closes very smoothly. I painted the door and sanded it before painting. I also removed the window and door latch. I would recommend the door.The packaging and shipping concerned me because it came in a box that was destroyed. I thought for sure the door would be damaged but I gave it a good inspection while the delivery guys waited and it was sound so I kept it.

My wife and I left our 35' fifth wheel to meet my daughter's family for a day at Disney. We left the dog at the trailer. Well she's a 110 lb Pit / Italian Mastiff and she decided she didn't want to stay inside 🤯. We got back to our place and found here waiting in the driveway and the bottom half of our door in about 100 or more pieces. So quick check on Amazon and measuring the door, we ordered this unit. Two days later (rural delivery) the door arrived. Not a normal FedEx delivery but the company was great. Less than 2 hours later (did have battery powered drill). The old door was off and the new one was fully installed. It not only had a normal trailer lock, it had a deadbolt keyed the same and came with an extra key. Directions were easy to follow and in original English. Saved the rest of our vacation to our little spot in paradise.

I want to start this by saying my door itself would be a 5 star if not for the damage and all the missing pieces. We received the door with a hole in the front I will attach pics. Also the screws were missing. Amazon did give me the option of returning at no cost to me or a partial refund. My husband thankfully can repair fiberglass as he has done it on tubs and showers in his job and we needed the door the day we opened the package as we were building our tiny home and a hurricane was on the way. So we chose the refund option. The door is awesome. It closes wonderfully and the screen is fantastic as I love my doors and windows open on nice days.

I purchased this door thinking I was purchasing from Lippert’s Amazon store. The seller is listed as Lippert. When it arrived it was dinged in several places and there was a rip in the screen. The weather stripping looks like a child put it on. I can get past any one of those things, but not ALL of them. I reached out to Lippert at Amazon’s direction, and after days of back and forth with photos and info they told me they aren’t responsible for the door because it wasn’t sold by them, it was sold by Amazon. They haven’t responded to any emails since. When I reached out to Amazon I was told I would need to securely ship it back to them. It arrived spray foamed into the box it came in, and that box was cut off from around it. So that box is not available, and if it was it surely isn’t secure. The Amazon representative said he’d have a supervisor reach out, and now, weeks later, I haven’t heard a thing. So now I’m stuck with a $700 brand new door with a ripped screen that’s damaged in multiple places. What a rip off.

I got this door for a new build I’m doing. It was extremely damaged when I received it. Two corners are mangled and the front of the door has a hole smashed in it. On top of that the window frame and handle are ment to be white, both are black.
