This is an ok product if you’re looking to use it to entertain a small child for just a few minutes. The reservoir is TINY (you will be refilling it every 3-5 minutes and after about ten minutes the bubbles will stick to the frog rather than become airborne causing a blob of bubbles and a mess. It’s advertised for entertaining for parties and such but I would NOT use it for that. For the time it works, it’s ok. But considering I purchased it to entertain my toddler while I drink a cup of coffee in peace, it failed that test.

I recently purchased a kidtainer for my son to take to school. I love the idea and size of the product! I do have a few concerns about the product material. The material the container is made of is heavy and hard plastic. My son is only in kindergarten so he travels with his lunch, snack and school folder in his backpack. As he gets older I am concerned that it will add too much weight to his load once school requires more books or other educational materials. I also fear that if this item were ever to fall on our tile kitchen floor it would crack or chip (though I hope it does not). Lastly, the plastic edges are quite sharp. I actually cut myself while cleaning in the compartments yesterday. The price of the product is high but I was whiling to pay as an investment in our sons schools lunch to ensure safe travel. That being said, unless the materials of the product are redesigned I would not recommend this product to others due to the concerns mentioned above nor will I be purchasing this for my other two younger children. As for the company, I sent my concerns to them in an email with no response. The only feedback I have received from them is their automated email requesting me to leave feedback.

When we got this box, my son and I were very pleased at the look of it. We didn't receive the activity book and stickers, which wasn't a big deal. While this is certainly a cute lunch box, I have found that it does not keep each compartment sealed off. This box claims to be "leak-proof" yet I sent pears and goldfish in the two small compartments and my son came home and told me he couldn't eat half his lunch because everything mixed together. I'm wondering now if their claim is that the entire box is leak-proof (and while yes, this is important, it would be nice if the compartments were not connected - just like competitors' boxes). The only section that seems to be leak-proof is the tiny area with a lid - which, to be fair, did not leak when I sent him with ranch dressing dip.I received a very nice follow-up email from the company thanking me for the purchase and to let them know if I had any concerns or complaints about the product. I wrote back with a very polite email stating the above issues and never heard anything back. I was pleased by the customer service but I'm unhappy with their inability to follow through.Honestly, spend the $5 more and get the competitor's brand bento box that claim to have no communicating compartments and save yourself the trouble of dealing with it.

Honestly, it's ok. It does the job, but there are a couple of complaints. It goes through the bubble solution pretty fast, as in within a couple of minutes. I was hoping I could fill it and let it go, but it needs to be monitored to keep the fun going. Also, it's pretty loud! I was not expecting that. The noise takes away from the joy of watching the bubbles and entertainment.

Perfect gift!

We love this lunchbox! Ours didn't come with the activity book, schedule and all that, but it's okay because we are so happy with the box. Plenty of room for a child's lunch. The little cup with lid holds dip nicely with no leaks yet. It fits perfectly in my son's standard sized lunch bag with enough room to put in two flat ice packs on the top and bottom and I throw a Gogurt for dessert on top as well. I did a lot of research on these bento style lunch boxes before I purchased and finally settled on this one. Glad I did!
