Our exercise mats are made from the highest quality NBR foam and are 1cm thick. This helps keep your joints and feet from hurting so you have optimum comfort for the duration of your workout, be it gym work, yoga or Pilates. The quality of your workout is very important to us so our exercise mat for men and women features a non-slip surface so you can focus on your routine, and not on keeping the mat stable! They are perfectly suited for yoga or Pilates. All our exercise mats come with a free carry strap which makes it easy for you to take to transport. Simply roll your mat up and slot it into the easy to use straps and you are ready to go! The exercise mats are 180cm x 60cm x 1cm which is the perfect size and thickness for you to do almost any exercise routine with the highest level of comfort. They come in three different colours: Pink, Black or Blue.

This mat is ideal for any kind of floor exercise, including cardio and HIIT sessions. The mat stays flat when unrolled and doesn't smell. Looking forward to yoga this week, shouldn't get any more bruises from uncomfortable positions!

Great product - definitely recommend
I really like this mat. It does not slip which makes working out a lot easier. The carry strap it comes with is very handy for taking it to the gym with me. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend this product

Great Workout Mat!
Good workout mat, a good thick layer of sponge and a decent width and length to cover any exercise or stretch. Easily cleaned and wiped down so great for both indoor and outdoor use. Carry straps are an added bonus !’

Great thick mat
Great thick mat!! Carry strap is inside the rolled up mat. Stays flat with no smell, I purchased another for my friend and she loves it too. Recommend!
