Had some strap that disintegrated on the underside of my Jeep Gladiator tonneau soft roll up bed cover which needed replacing. Jeep riveted the strap in place and I had no intention of repeating that mistake when repairing. Using these tie down d-rings I’ve set it up for simple replacement with strap and clips - tension also adjustable. I used an M5-8 screw with both a lock and flat washer to secure after drilling out the rivet and tapping the slightly larger hole. They worked great! The straps keep tension from front to rear when the cover is closed so the rubber seal on the sides stays taut against the bed rim. When the old strap failed so did the seal - dust and debris accumulation in the truck bed along with water when it rains as a result. This fit the bill well in repair, is keeping the cover taut so it’s sealed, and I also made up securing straps when the cover is rolled up which are much better than the OEM Velcro straps that also began falling apart. I have extras for other projects too!

I bought the easy hand lever screws for my hardtop Jeep. They are good quality, look factory in the Jeep.They are easy to use and comfortable on my hands. I'm sure I will hang light groceries or a cargo net on the hand lever screws in the near future.

These are very well built and easy to use. Look good as well with the top off. It allows more tie-down or bungee securing locations. I added the D-Rings to my installation to facilitate the use of bungees. Great upgrade for a Jeep Wrangler.

If you only need (or want) one anchor bolt, this anchor is a great choice. I use them to set anchors in my Jeep, on a 3/4" plywood platform that's covered by 1/4-inch hard rubber, then anchor things like a portable fridge, power stations and other camping gear. Other D-rings typically use 2 anchor bolts, which is great if you need something sturdier, but just means 2 holes & bolts vs. 1. (These are the only ones I could find that perfectly replace the anchors that come stock in Jeeps, btw.) Another difference: The ring on this is square instead of D-shaped, which is much better if you're using 1" nylon straps, which get bunched up on the curve of a D-ring (with rope or paracord, that's not a concern).

i use the tie down on a dometic fridge handle because my fridge is old but still working ang the handle protrude in the back seat this is nice and durable.
