I am very unhappy with the condition of this slab of Callebaut chocolate. The slab was cracked in half, a chunk was broken off and the edges are all crushed and crumbly. The chocolate is also not shiney. I have always purchased Callebaut chocolate with a definite sheen to it.

I made the stupid mistake of ordering this assuming it was the chocolate callets. So I was mortified when it arrived as a block. My error, I know. I should read more carefully 🙈🙈 However the product was great. Once I'd mastered how to break it down without wastage it worked as well as the callets. Great tasting

Massive in size my son loved this for Christmas was a great gift for chocolate lovers

Delicious chocolate. It arrived smashed to bits though which was ok in the long run as it had to be broken anyway. But if I was gifting it I would have been disappointed.
