I ordered new staples for my staple gun, but my first attempt had the right measurements but was the wrong type. I emailed the seller, and they were able to advise me on the correct staples, and even gave me a link to the product page that I needed. I really appreciate their extra bit of help. The staples weren't very expensive, so I didn't bother returning the first box. I'll find someone who needs that type and give them away. The stapes that I got on my second try fit perfectly into the staple gun, and I can now carry on with a project that I have wanted to do for a while!
