I just got this product and in the bottom it says 05/2018. Does this mean that the product is expired?

Great question. We reached out to the manufacturer and they said the PR stands for Production date, as opposed to EXP (Expiration date). These products are manufactured in Europe which has their own rules and regulations which differ from US manufacturers.

does it leave hair soft and detangle also can it be use in hair had keratin done

Proport is a wonderful masque ,can be used for hair that has had a keratin treatment.It needs to be left on hair for a few minutes.If you want an awesome detangler,get Numero made by the same company.
