Great quality, and you can tell it’s natural with no other ingredients in it! Good texture, dependant on how well you mix it, can be think or thin. Tastes lovely

Broken seal product off
Seal under lid was broken and contents looked and smelt funny with white dots in the butter. No way of returning

Bitter Taste
I don't like this nut butter, far too bitter for me. I couldn't knock a star off because I don't personally like it - the dog loved it . I am trying all the nut butters , I don't like almonds but love almond butter and hoped that hazelnut butter would be palatable to me also. It isn't but if you like hazelnuts you'll like this.

Product is delicious, fix the packaging asap
3* due to defective packaging. Although the hazelnut butter is a delicious product, every order is hit n miss for being returned. I have found the protective lid label 3 or 4 times so far peeled off. I have had a subscription for this product and I have now canceled. It is a shame that such a nice product is in a defective packaging and ends up in the bin.

Warning: NOT smooth!
Claims to be "velvety smooth". It is definitely not - it is gritty and crunchy. I will have to grind it for use in Gianduja.

Came with lid opened for the second time and oily everywhere. The first time we thought it was just unfortunate incident. Now I read similar comments. We had to discard again. I do not recommend risking it.
