Great product, within minutes large pieces of earwax had left my ears. I also applied olive oil in both ears then tried again in an hour, some more came out. Very effective product at removing wax, worked for me.

Don't usually write reviews unless I'm super disappointed or super satisfied and in this instance is the latter. Ordered yesterday for delivery before 1pm and it arrived at 9am. I've been partially deaf for two weeks. Went to see a pharmacy assistant where they offer the microsuction earwax removal and she said come back in 2 weeks as the wax was too close to the eardrum and I had to soften it first plus it would cost me £25 per ear and £5 consultation (already paid) The thought of another 2 weeks was unbearable so Ordered this and so glad I did! Took about half hour to clear both ears, changing the nozzles and positioning but it worked!! I leaned over the sink as it was easier than the ear bath. So easy, cheap and effective. Saved myself time, money and the feeling of being uncomfortably blocked. Only wish I had discovered this sooner. Brilliant, I so relieved and happy . Advice, Luke warm water, don't bother with the ear bath and persevere, just as you think it's not going to work , it does . I had softened the wax with olive oil for 3 days, 3 times per day prior . Will use it to clean my ears in the future instead of cotton buds which caused my problem in the first place.

I used this item last night. It did not dislodge the wax at the time of using. However, the wax was softened enough by the water that it naturally came out the next morning. This wax had been there for months! (I used half a bottle). The item was easy to use and I will be using it as a preventative for wax buildup each month. Word of caution: please take a lot of care when using this item. Don't squeeze the trigger like your life depends on it! Start small and granually increase to a medium slow squeeze method. Take care not to scrape the inside of the ear canal, as it is very delicate. Your ear may feel tender after use, in my experience this is normal HOWEVER be alert for ear infections - like ear ache that worsens and is prolonged. Take care, take it slow. Use mindfully and it's a great tool.

This brilliant. Soften you was for a day or two with olive oil or sodium bicarb. Than flush your ear out with this! Easy to use. I didn't bother with the basin I did it over the sink . It flushed all the wax out in the first go! Brilliant!!

I think everyone should invest in one of these, it’s so simple and rewarding. I initially worried about if I would hurt myself or cause damage but, no you are in control of squirting pressure and temperature of the water. It’s cleared my blockage feeling. Job done, but happy to have it on hand in the medicine box at home.

Over recent years l have used SpecSavers to remove earwax, the last time about 3 years ago cost £69 per ear! This piece of kit cleared the wax easily after I'd put in the olive oil for 4 days/nights. Recommended.

I have pulsatile tinnitus and my ears constantly clog up with wax even though I get them syringed regularly and have to pay privately for this. So before I ordered this, I was nearly deaf. OMG as soon as I got it, I sorted it out and wham bam wax all out. I obviously had been putting Earol in my ears for a few days before but this was just amazing and I will be able to use this now instead of paying. I would say £15 well spent 😊
