This product was good it arrived promptly and takes alot of the guessing out of it. It doesn't come assembled and does come un painted so it can be painted after a quick wipe down and is fairly easy to assemble.

Product came in a box, as in picture, that is too wide for the bars, without packing fill to protect the item. The main hanging bar that is black is all scratched up because of the poor packaging.The bars are different colors, advertised picture looks black, to me; received mounting bars in gun metal and hanging bar in black.Product leaves a black residue on your hands. Come to find out from the beat up business card that was in the box you have to clear coat seal it yourself.DIY Cartel- packaging is everything, if you love your product and want your customers to love it to, you have to protect it.

One bar was black and the others gray. Not listed on description. Returned item.

Don't get me wrong, this makes for an amazing thing to hang stuff on. If you use the right hardware and find a stud, you can hang an even more outrageous amount of stuff on it! But....the price... For the price, you can shop around here on Amazon and find the pieces this is made of for a good bit less. But if you don't feel like shopping around, or worrying about getting the right size bits and pieces that will work together, this is the way to go!Also worth noting that at least mine did Not come with any screws or anything for mounting it. Null sweat, I got a grip of hardware laying around, and prolly woulda used my own anyways, but if you're looking at this thing, you might also wanna look at some screws to go with it.

Thought I was getting a black clothes bar, but instead the bar was black and the rest of the pieces were silver. Returned it once thinking it was just an error - but nope! Received the same product. We just spray painted it and it looks good.

Easy to mount and install and goes with the look of our store. I highly recommend this rack from DIY CARTEL if you need something super heavy duty with and Industrial Chic look.-AQ
