Took nature's velvet Garlic Pure Extract 500 Mg, 60 Veggie Capsules - Pack of 4...the product is very effective and genuine...this is the 3rd time I bought it....good for digestion and keep cholesterol under control.

I like the product packing and clean odourless capsules. I've been some time garlic and found my cholestrol level is being dropping, also diet control no junk. I believe this will be helfpul for weight liss as well. Well done, Good job team!

I'm not sure about the effects/purity etc as I have not yet taken it for a long time. A lot rating only for the strong garlic smell of the capsule. I gag every time I'm trying to swallow it.

We are using it from past couple of months and results are very good. We take it as a supplement to keep our blood sugar in control and it also worked for cholesterol. Giving it to my maid who has sugar and BP and she’s feeling better not taking any insulin. Her BP snd sugar is coming normal during weekly check up.

This is my fourth purchase. I initially purchased these just before the whole Covid situation happened. Get a good night's sleep 7-8 hours 2. Eat a low-fat, low-sodium diet and incorporate a lot of leafy vegetables and fresh fruits into your diet. 3. Limit tea, coffee, sugar processed foods and red meat. 4. Try getting some exercise - If you can do some walking everyday, that is more than enough. 5. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. 6. Take a garlic pill once a day preferably during lunch or dinner along with food. On a side note, people with blood sugar issues will also benefit a lot from these steps as in many cases it has been proven that diabetes and hypertension are closely linked.
