Battery fits into a cordless phone. Charged up and works fine

Disappointed with performance
The batteries in my cordless phone stopped recharging. They have a lower lifespan than the original batteries. I followed the directions carefully. I charged the batteries overnight before using the phone. Now the batteries will not hold a charge. I am very disappointed.

More clear info for ordering
I did not see where it stated this was a pack of 2 batteries.... I would not have ordered 2 two packs! Not possible to rate any of the above questions as I have only been using less than a month. They appear to work fine
