Good Product No Complaints
I am 61, on BioIdentical Hormone Replacement Therapy for almost 5 years now. I have been taking these the same amount of time as suggested by my Alternative Medicine Dr. Good Quality, No Side Effects, No Smell, No Taste. I Take with Water ot I throw into my morning shake and blend.

Works quickly
I’m only 3 days in taking this supplement. I’m currently estrogen dominant. I can already see this decreasing inflammation in my body, I’ve lost some water weight too. This did cause me to start my period 4 days early which never happens. It has helped to decrease the pain I’ve been feeling in my breast and reduce the swelling there too. So far, so good! Be sure to pair this with a diet that suits your macro type for best effects. The pills stink but I personally do not taste them.

Formula Changed?
The bottle and pills I bought on 7/30/25 are notably larger than the ones I bought on 5/28/25. I’ve included images of the bottles, pills and weights but in short the new label has slightly bolder print and the new pills are almost 2x heavier. I’m guessing they decided to add more rice powder filler for some reason but everything else is the same. Just in case they did change the formula and any dosage changes could have an effect on health conditions you may have: the old pills are roughly 18mm long and the new ones are about 23mm long.

I prefer this over the other brand that I had to get
Since this is currently out of stock I purchased the Zazzee Naturals brand. The supplement facts look different but each capsule on both brands is 200 MG w/ 120 capsules in each container. The coloring for the Carlyle capsules is much brighter green, and the broccoli scent is stronger - which can be off putting (honestly gag worthy of you happen to breath in while opening the container!) but it also gives me the impression that the Carlyle brand is fresher/ higher quality/ more potent. Unfortunately i have no test results yet. I'm taking it for cervical cancer cells that we are currently monitoring. I thought the side by side photos would be helpful though!

Wow.... HOLD YOUR NOSE!
I haven't taken one yet and I'll let someone else write the review for whether or not they work..... BUT HOLY... SHHHHH THEY STINK. 💩😖😨 idk if you've ever cleaned a pool, these smell like someone is trying to dissolve rotten meat in some pool acid.
