Not what I thought it was.
I ordered this by mistake - I thought it would be thicker.I did use it to make stars on a crocheted hat and it does reflect the light.

Made a toddler hat with reflective bands crocheted in - worked well.

rubbish - lots of knots and winding was faulty
Did not knit in smoothly as the thread was badly wound and in several pieces. At one point I had just knitted in a knot and I could still see 4 unconnected ends of the thread. Going to contact prym and ask for a replacement as it is unusable
