Ich habe die englische Version vor etwa zwei Jahren als Weihnachtsgeschenk für einen passierten DnD-Spieler und -meister besorgt. Es kam richtig gut an, sieht wirklich schön und hochwertig aus. Es macht sich auch jetzt, nach 2 Jahren, immer noch gut als Eyecatcher in seinem Büro =) Kaufempfehlung für DnD-Fans oder deren Liebsten!

This is a beautiful set that arrived without damage (but easily could have been damaged as it was shipped by Amazon in a thin bag only, without bubble wrap). The slip cover has some bumps but they look like a production error and are hardly visible so that's ok. The books/screen were all in excellent condition and look great, inside and out.

this is a gorgeous set of books. the special edition foil covers look impressive and your friends will be envious. the photos don't do it justice. also the covers don't look anything like the product photos. i started playing D&D back in the 80s with the famous red box. i moved and gotten rid of my D&D books a while ago and missed the ability to play. i had been watching these and picked them up on a nice sale. i have to say that these books are far better than the old 2nd edition books i had. the information is far more clear and standardized to make it easier for new players, and old players to the updated rules. the information is in logical order and contains everything you need to make characters and adventures and to start playing right away except for the dice. you can also go on the D&D website to get character sheets to print off, rather than trying to photocopy them from the book. every aspect of the game has been updated for the better. the rules encompass far more gameplay settings and ideas, the artwork inside is beautiful. being an experienced D&D player for many decades but new to 5th edition i wasn't expecting to be impressed by these books but just regain the familiar texts, but everything is so excellent its gotten me excited to start playing D&D again. i can't overstate how great these books are.

Desde hace algunos años he sido jugador de D&D pero nunca me había decidido a guiar un partida como DM, compré estos libros pensando en hacerlo y ya que tenían un acabado "premium", me interesaban. El envío fue rápido y el material vino bien, no tiene ninguna abolladura y en principio, el papel es de calidad. Aún así, estos libros los están regalando de forma digital en D&D Beyond, por lo que realmente no te hacen falta a no ser que seas coleccionista.
