It Provide matte look on applying on shoe and any other leather surface. Shining is perfect and it is water resistant

Could’ve been more matte but it’s definitely helping to seal my paint on leather.

Do not buy it from Amazon. I have seen many videos in YouTube where professional shoe painting guys are saying that they buy Angelus only from USA. In India everyone is selling diluted water based paint.

I got a really really diluted version of what this is supposed to be. It was literally white water. Pls don't buy this because it obviously doesn't work (my painted surface was totally ruined after a few uses).
