Do the screw ends come loose with use and can flour or moisture get into the pin from ends?

I have used my pin numerous times, we make homemade bread, rolls and tortillas all of the time. I have never had the screw ends come loose, nor has flour gotten into the pin.

Is the rolling pin seamless?

Ok. 1 person says the name on the rolling pin is raised & imprints on the dough.. is this true?

How do you clean and dry the inside of the rolling pin to keep it sanitary?

The area where the spacers screw in to the ends only goes a couple of inches deep and is plastic. The inside of the rolling pin is sealed. I have tried many rolling pins over the years ranging from cheap to very expensive and, for cookies and pie crusts.....this is the best I have ever used. Using the different spacers allows you to get a perfectly consistent rolled cookie dough to the thickness you want. I like them so much I am going to order 2 more so I will have extras!!
