Best light. Works well.
Best shop light purchase ever. The light is very bright and thin enough to get the light where you need it. The magnetic base is strong. The light charge last longer than my snap-on light. Great product.

This is the one you need. The clones are not even close.
I cannot tell you just how much I like this light. Everything on it is correct. It is very bright and I never find a need for it to be brighter unlike other lights I've used. The swiveling magnetic base is excellent. It has an oblong shape so that it won't just swing down or end up in useless positions. It stays put when you stick it. The swivel of the base is excellent and I rarely find myself unable to get it placed where I like it. I use it a lot so I tend to run the battery down; I don't think that there is any issues with the battery, but I wish it lasted a little longer. I like that it charges with a USB-C instead of some weird connector that you'll lose or will have to re-order if it is damaged or lost. It also has a small battery meter on the side and the light will blink to let you know that it's almost empty. Very thoughtful. If money were no issue, I'd put one of these in each car. Once you get one of these, nothing else comes close. If you've been putting off buying one, don't. I had one sitting in my wish list for two years before I got it. For all the times I used my flashlights, or long tube lights to do auto repair and spent the entire time cursing, I could have just been getting work done. I tried the knock offs and they're not even close. Don't waste your money, just get the real thing.

Great durable light that can fit in tight spaces.
This light is well made and durable. I bought one and thought I lost it. I loved it so much, I bought another one to replace it. Then I found the first one. Now, I have two and have no regrets. The light on the point is great for lighting up those tight places and the side bar light plenty bright even on the dimmest setting. The magnet is just the right strength and the integrated hook folds completely out of the way when not used. This is a well thought out light with high quality features.

Best automotive light ever!!
The BEST shop light by far for automotive technicians! The magnet is durable and more than strong enough to hang on to any metal surface you want to stick it to. It has very good maneuverability for placing it at difficult angles. Ive forgotten it more than once underneath customers vehicles and it stayed magnetically stuck to the car until i came to pull it off. Lol. The top flashlight is perfect for narrow spots and deep recesses and the adjustable brightness dial is on the back unlike the cheap lights. It's more than bright enough for any situation. However on high (which you rarely ever need) the battery dies in a couple hours. But recharges quickly. It has a metal backbone for sturdiness and is oil resistant. Ive dropped it 100 times with no damage. You get what you pay for and ill never own a different light. For anyone who works on vehicles or farm equipment this is the light you need.

Magnet love/hate relationship
Love the light, hate the magnet! The magnet is great when you need to stick it to something metal, but 90 percent of the time I don't use the magnet so it is just sucking up all my screws, nuts, wrenches and sockets...It drives me crazy. Everything metal in the work area gets stuck to it. The magnet had to go. There is a screw holding the magnet on so I just took it off. You will need a small washer in its place... And I can put the magnet back on if I need to. The light is excellent on this thing, I'm working under and in cars and I just found the magnet to be more pain than benefit. In a perfect world there would always be a metal surface to stick the light to and the angle is right, but that's not always the case. I usually just lay it down or against something. The flat side is perfect so the light shines up and doesn't roll away...But when you set a tool or screw down near it forget it.

Light has become a paper weight
I bought this light after seeing it on the South main auto channel and PFI Speed and figured if it worked for Eric it would definitely last for me. This light started out in life as awesome!! Unfortunately it didn't last long. This light was excellent for about the first week or so and then the light started flickering and then the battery life dropped off to about 10 minutes max then it has to go on the charger. Expensive light to only get a week or 2 out of it. it's to bad because it was expensive and was highly talked about. I'm really hoping that I just got a Monday or Friday built light. I'm going to give it another shot and pray it works out well. I love the size of the light and the magnet is excellent absolutely love the adjustable amount of light it puts out. This light is perfect as long as the flickering and the shortened battery life was just a lemon. Hopefully they all don't end up with the same issues. I have other astro tools products and have been extremely happy with them. I really want to get the nano angle impact, slide hammer, the inner slide bearing slide hammer and there torque limiting extensions. I'll definitely be buying lots of tools from y'all as long as they're not junk. Anyways I wouldn't hesitate at buying there tools even if I did get a lemon. Now as i said they get 1 more chance and if the next one fails in 2 weeks the review probably won't be as nice.

Exceeds expectations!
This light has adjustable brightness levels that can be increased or decreased with turn button. It charges very quickly(about 90 minutes) to full charge. Magnetic mount is helpful and the top has a flashlight that you wouldn’t think you would end of using but you do. Perfect for DYI or mechanic. Use it often and so far it’s a great product. I own three of them. Brightness - Excellent coverage using flood portion. Flashlight Tip is nice for small spaces or if you need focus on singular point.

This is incredible high quality and super powerful light. I like the smaller head light on it, as it is quite useful for small spotting. No one will regret this purchase. This is the real deal work light of all time. If you want a quality light, this is the one to buy. December 2020 update: After using this for a few months, it has it's drawbacks. The pivot being at the bottom make this light somewhat unusable. It's almost impossible to position it properly under a vehicle. The dial, when you throw it in a toolbag, can get bumped and turn on accidentally and drain it out. There is a better version of this flashlight from Astro that has come out: it folds and has a two way beam. I've used and purchased a similar Braun type, and this would be far superior to this flashlight to work in and and inside something like a car fender. I've used the other style, from a different brand countless many times over this one now, and this is no longer a go to flashlight. Pros: The rubber grip is excellent. The light is bright. The battery has long life. To this end, but the folding version of this and I think you have a superior overall flashlight for the money and it should be perfect for using anywhere. I'm waiting for the price of the other folding type from Astro to drop, and buy one.

Bought this light 3 years ago as my first one in the diesel field, still use it to this day alongside my others, battery is a little short with its age and it’s an old style micro usb, great magnet, hook is convenient and still not broken surprisingly

Just checked my invoice. Ordered and received in 2019. Amazing quality and function. I have some very cheap ones that I am pleased with given their cost. That said, if My Astro is ready to go, that’s the tool I grab (-40 to +30 C tested!). I have a few other Astro Pneumatic branded tools: they are not the cheapest, but quality and dependability, especially under adverse conditions), does make a big difference. Go Astro!
