I recently picked up this item to try it out during my work outs. Now I know there are studies there saying increased sweat does not make for a better workout or fat burn. Therelop is something about the mental feeling though of a great sweat after a workout. This vest does exactly that. I am drenched! Dont know still if it has been helping with losing weight or inches but I have noticed a helpfulness in that the compression of it has helped force some resistance to my inhalations and seem to help strengthen my breathing during cardio sessions. If I had one tiny complaint it would be the zipper rubs against the skin with direct skin contact and causes irritation. A small material flap at the apex of the zipper internally would be helpful. But does not take away from this product.

Seems like a good quality construction. The first thing I noticed was the overpowering smell from the fabric. After a few days that did seem to dissipate. I have only worn once and have yet to wash so I can't testify how it holds up but initial inspection seems good for the price. The only negative I can say at this point is the arm holes could use a little more space around them, as they cut into the armpit a bit. This may not be a factor for some, but it was for me.

Running and training for a 10k for the past 6 weeks has conditioned me to stop sweating in my shorter runs. I was looking for something to get me to sweat, without having to add bulk and weight. This did the trick! It fits snugly, but that’s how these work. After I got back from my run yesterday and took the vest off, my wife was a bit disgusted with the sweat built up. I thought it was fantastic, and it seemed like I produced a lot more sweat. You can feel it get warm as your workout progresses. It does what it’s suppose to do! For the long term, I’m not 100% sure if it’ll target fat spots, but I guess time will tell.

So far the product has been great! The fit was a bit tight at first and was concerned, but after I wore it for a little bit it was ok. I am at a XL in shirts and a XXL in flannels and sweaters. I read reviews where even though the buyer purchased a larger size, it was still tight. So I went 2 sized bigger and I'm glad I did. I did take precaution zipping it up by squeezing it together as I zipped up as I heard these zippers break and I didn't want to take a chance of the zipper breaking. One other thing is, the zipping seems to be on the opposite side of what I'm used to. I believe that women clothes usually have the zipper on the left while men's are on the right, but not a big deal. The smell of the this material is pretty strong, but I expect that to subside over time. It does make me sweat and I am completely satisfied with this product so far. Might look into shorts as well.

I tried other brands before this purchase. With that in mind, I am giving this one 2-stars because it does the job. You do sweat more during workout because of the sauna effect.The missing stars is for the following reasons:1. I wish it has more length because it doesn't cover the lower belly (it's one of the areas I need me to sweat more)2. Too tight around the arms.3. There is no safety lining along the zipper. wearing an undershirt or tank may be a must or else risk skin getting caught when zipping up.4. Might consider getting a size bigger.For now, I would go back to the current "Best Seller" here in Amazon (the one with 2500++ reviews) the next time I would need to purchase a new one.

I love it, I naturally wear a medium, but I got a small, so it fits real tight, just too tight around the arms, but love it either way, even bought one for my mom & aunt.

I bought this product, with the necessity of melting and molding the fatty/greasy upper core of my body, as soon as I got this vest, the next day I started to wearing it on. I was surprised that it fits perfectly on me. On my way to work, I was starting to sweet like pig on a very sunny day, as soon I started to work, I was melting from inside, almost dehydrating myself, all wet to the knees you know! Like been in a portable walking sauna, for 3 walking, working and sunny dehydrated long days, I managed too burn some molesting pounds, I was impressed!

Size runs very small. I am 6’ and around 194 and I own a different brand in XL that has become a little to big so I ordered this one in the next size down and it fits more like a medium would. Maybe as I get closer to my weight loss goal I’ll be able to use it.

Me interesó mucho este producto ya que en la publicación dice qué hay tallas hasta XXXXL, por esto fue el motivo de mi compra cuando me llegó que fue muy rápido, vi que venía muy reducida y me empezó a dar coraje porque apenas compré un chaleco XXL y no me cerró y ahí lo tengo guardado, al momento de probarme el de Amazon me cerró justamente sin problemas, me sentí cómodo, les comento que ya subí unas fotos con las medidas para que chequen y no tengan problemas con su compra, no tengan duda en comprarlos es un buen producto.

El producto es bueno, sirve muy bien para hacer ejercicio y sudar.Cómo referencia, peso 124 kilos y mido 1.70 y la talla XXXX-L me cierra con un poco de trabajo pero no molesta ni lastima.Es un poco engañosa la talla, pues de playera uso XX-L así que si pesan más de 130 kilos difícilmente les quedará la más grande.

Material de buena calidad, Cierre resistente y el tamaño de la tallas es correcto 👍🏻

La talla es acorde a lo solicitado y los acabados son buenos
