This looks absolutely beautiful. It looks great on my desk at work and is a great conversation starter! So glad I went with the large glass and that I finally got my hands on one of these!

It’s a nice talking piece, and it’s very aesthetically pleasing. Honestly it acclimated to the room it was in. So even though it’s hot, humid, and stormy, the damn thing tells me it’s frosty (because I have the AC on). I have given the glass time to adjust, and I’ve kept it out of direct sunlight, I might try to put it in a different room and see what happens.Update: it doesn’t matter what room it’s in it does not accurately predict the weather. I didn’t necessarily believe it would. But I did think that air pressure/humidity would impact what it displays. It probably does but when you have a consistent environment in your house it doesn’t change. That’s okay, it’s still a nice little addition to my bookshelf. And it’s definitely enjoyable to bitch about it.

This is pretty cool. I was worried about it getting broken during shipping, but as you can see in the pic, it was packaged very well. It looks neat sitting on the table in my living room. I have no idea if it really works yet but it’s still neat to look at. My 8 year old likes to read the information on the card that tells what it all means. He’s very intrigued. I would’ve given it 5 stars but the card/paper that comes with it to tell what al the different phases are is hard to read. It is on there with a ton of other information and is just not easy to find. A separate small card showing the phases would be beneficial.

Got it as a gift for my daughter. She loves it! Surprisingly accurate too.

I thought this looked cool and really wanted it to work. I read after buying that it changed depending on the temperature. Well if it’s inside and always the same temp in my apartment it’s not going to change. I had it sitting in the same place for over two weeks like they suggested. It did change when I put it in the fridge but was the same saying it was sunny and clear when in my window.

Don’t waste your money on this product. Since getting this item we have had clear days, snowfall and rain and the weather forecaster looked exactly the same in any weather, did not change at all. Very disappointing.

The base of this looks absolutely nothing like the picture. It's an unfinished, splinter covered piece of cheap wood that looks like it was fished out of a dumpster. Would not recommend, too bad this was supposed to be a gift.

I have had this for a month now and it’s looked the same every day since I’ve received it. While I didn’t expect any accuracy from this, I did anticipate there would be at least some variation from day to day.
