Packing properly
Borosil microwave glass bowl is very good product but carelessly delivered to the customer, as lack of packing, not mentioned GLASS WITH CARE, that's reasons product had broken on the way. Two times I returned the same I feel sorry.

Borosil bowl rim chipped
The Borosil bowls arrived yesterday. On removing the lid of the biggest bowl this afternoon, I discovered to my disappointment that it’s rim was chipped. As I have already discarded the packaging and the box in which the set arrived, in the trash this morning, I cannot return it. I didn’t expect this from Borosil.

Returned
The item was returned due to damage of third bowl. It has been found that main package was ok however, inner packing of third bowl was tampered and found bowl is damaged. Hence returned.
