Not as strong as expectedAgain I have a high tolerance to caffeine etc so I'm sure this takes some of the potential out of this product for myself maybe not the same for others.

I've been taking great tea pills for years and this product is certainly the worst one i've tried. The special blend, did nothing special for me at all.. Typically these pills provides more energy and acts as an appetite suppressant, but I could take 4-5 of these pills at a time and still they would do nothing. Very disappointed.

I have been taking one pill each morning with my omega fish oil pill ....after one week I have seen weight loss of 8lbs and lots of energy!! I do workout 30min a day and my appetite is less .. I highly recommend this product.
