Good Mold
Good Quality Mold, purple silicone like a chocolate mold. It's heavy and stretchy. I use this with cement, which means easy clean up and removal, but I do have an issue getting the dog out with his ears whole. So if you are using something delicate, it may be difficult to unmold.

Ears do not come out right.
This would be such a cute soap mold if the ears would come out right. His left ear is folded and deformed. I’m an experienced soap maker and have made many other of the dog breed soaps with perfect results. I tried six times with this one and every one of them came out with the deformed ear. I’m sending it back.

Tough to use
I used this mold for fondant, but after many tries of getting the dog out I ended up cutting the mold into 2 pieces, then it was much easier to get the head out I used rubber bands to hold the mold together.

Too thick to remove dog
The silicone mold is too thick to remove the dog. I know this is used mostly for soap or chocolate, but I used cement (which is stronger than soap or chocolate) and it was so hard to remove dog from the silicon mold that I broke both ears and one leg off in the process. If anyone is wondering: no the cement didn't stick to the silicone mold or ruined the silicone, i use silicone molds for cement projects all the time and i never have problems! The problem is that the mold is so thick that it was difficult to remove object. Most big molds usually have a slit to remove objects better, but this one doesn't have one and I'm not a pro in mold making to make one. Anyway, the dog is cute and if you're using soap, chocolate, cement or etc prepare to fix damages afterward.
