Real, honest, humorous
As the runaway winner of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here 2017, Toff surprised us all, not least herself, with her positive, happy-go-lucky attitude and kindness to others, no matter what challenge came her way in the jungle. Toff shares her experiences, some funny, some sad, she shares it all. Toff reveals how she learnt to keep a smile on her face, no matter what life throws at her. This book is a pure delight for any fan of Toff's. This is autobiographical but Toff writes by giving advice, each chapter is on a topic such as friends, confidence and so on. Toff then passes on advice as well as anecdotes from her life, so it is autobiographical in this regard but not in the traditional sense. 'Always Smiling' is a pure joy to read, Toff's trademark positivity flows off the pages, this book made me laugh and I felt pure happiness and positivity throughout. This is not all positive though, Toff shares her sadder moments as well and here the book feels emotional and she is honest about the struggles in her life. This is a great read for any fan of Toff's, we really get to see the real her and I loved getting inside her head and reading about her thoughts on events in her life. Of course, there is lots of space dedicated to Stanley as well, providing lots of entertainment as well.

Every teenage girl (& their mum) should read this
I bought this for my 15 year old daughter. Thought I’d have a look as it came when she was at school. Every teenage girl & their mum will benefit from reading this, as it explains how to handle life, friendships etc in this modern online world. It’s also funny and inspiring. Well done Toff!
