I have very fine and brittle hair. I moved in 2020 out to farm land where the water is very hard and I moved in with my boyfriend and his parents 8 months ago, they don't have water softener either I also have PTSD with one of the side effects being GAD and all the stress causes SO MUCH hair loss for me I've only used this for a month and my hair is SO SOFT AND FLUFFY and actually has volume which isn't normal for my fine hair because ANYTHING weighs is down and I paired it with L'Oreal's pro longer shampoo 2 weeks ago and it has cut my hair loss in half. I made my boyfriend start using it because he has very thick long hair that I love and after using it once the next morning his hair was BEAUTIFUL, super soft and so fluffy like a lions mane. Is it expensive yes but it's totally worth it and you can actually tell that your hair soaks it up, for the first couple of uses I had to use quite a bit because my hair would just absorb it all but I don't have to use as much now. I promise the next day you'll keep touching your hair because of how it feels

Reconstructor, shiny, soft/pliable hair.This product reminded me of the mayonaise recipe, without the smell. A very small packet.The price was perfect. I decided to leave the product on over night. I’m glad I did.

I chemically fried my hair by dying and toning. My hair was so dry and felt terrible. I tried so many different things and figured for the price of this, why not? I used this with a shower cap and left it in for about 5 minutes and my hair finally felt soft! It's a small amount so if you have long or thick hair, I'd buy 2. Definitely recommend!

Leaves your hair softer and prettier and shiner and does help with damage

I’ve lived in the country with terrible well water for 3 years. I’ve always used Malibu treatments to strip iron out of my hair. But it was terribly damaged, so I decided to try this. My hair looks and feels better than it has since I moved here. I will say that I’ve read some of these reviews (even from hairstylists) that do not seem to understand this product is specific for hard water hair or swimmers hair. Yes it’s a conditioner. But it’s meant for specific types of damage. So as long as you understand its purpose and use it for what it’s meant for, it’s a great product. I suggest weekly use. I also suggest combining it with the treatments that remove chemicals and iron from your hair.

My hair gets damaged from highlights and this worked well.

My daughter is bi-racial and I got this for her. Definitely a no! It felt like I didn't even have anything when I put it on her. I bought 3 packets and used every single one and it just didn't work. If you have thick hair, I don't recommend.
