This no-rinse sanitizer has been a game-changer for my brewing process. It’s incredibly easy to use—just mix it up, sanitize your equipment, and you’re good to go without the hassle of rinsing. I’ve used it on multiple batches now, and I haven’t had any issues with contamination or off-flavors. It’s also great that it doesn’t leave behind any residue, so I can trust my equipment is clean without worrying about any lingering chemicals. The time saved is a huge bonus, and it’s definitely become an essential part of my brew day routine.

Product does exactly as they say. Haven't had a problem to date using it! Easy to use and good quality! Package came damaged but that's not their fault its Amazon for packing it how they did.

I use the product for cider making sanitation including my grinder and press system along with lots of hot water. The current pricing appears to be about the best available on Amazon though they are simply repackaging larger quantities into simple heat sealed plastic bags. If you need a resealable bag you'll need to provide your own quart freezer bag. The bag I received was right at 1 lbs. and 0.2 oz so was pretty close to right on (with an uncalibrated scale). If you'll need the screw top container that is the manufacture's 8 oz. container shown on the vendor page (available from other Amazon vendors), that costs about the same as this one pound bag. I haven't tried the product from this specific vendor yet but it looks about the same as my prior package of 'One step' which was also a one pound bag but it had a label. If you want the instructions and SDS / MSDS go to the mfr. ecologiccleansers web site or review the Q/A on the Amazon page. Basically one Tbs (Tablespoon) per gallon using warm water and adequate contact time. You're basically cleaning using hydrogen peroxide in solution but get there using a dry powder in water.

I always use one stop. Nice to receive it in a bag rather than the usual jar.
