Worked just like it was supposed to
My battery was starting to fail on my Dell laptop after 5 years and I needed to replace it. My first thought was to order direct from the Dell website to avoid any issues. The reviews on the Dell website on the batteries they were selling were terrible......a lot of PCs not restarting after the new battery was installed. I was more than a little nervous about ordering but I went with the Amazon recommendation. Replacement took less than 5 minutes and there have been zero issues. I have been very satisfied with this battery. I would probably order a Dell laptop again, but this replacement battery has exceeded my recommendations.

Working Perfect, but after a year, it failed!
The first one I bought a compitible Dell XPS battery which was refused by my Dell Laptop and returned it for a full refund. I bought this another one from ZWW (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FFSPX6B/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) works perfect and was accepted by my laptop! Whew! Thank you very much!UPDATE: After a year, this battery failed 100%! Not recommend to buy this battery! SAD! I wasted $35.99!!!

A new battery for an old laptop
My old Dell laptop has recently been given new life thanks to a fresh install of Linux Mint and a new battery. Like some others have said, I don't think the replacement battery lasts quite as long as the original did when it was new. but considering that Dell wants $125 for a second battery, I can live with this. In fact, I think I'll buy a couple more so I can keep my old beast of a laptop running all day.

Worked like original!
This battery worked just like the original! Fit perfectly and really good price. No problems at all.

Almost good as new
Very easy to install and was recognized by my laptop as soon as I booted up. The two hour life is only about half of the original battery but its better than nothing as the original is no longer available. The real test will be how long it lasts. The original battery lasted six years, I've had this one for two weeks with no issues so it's to early to comment on longevity. At this point I would definitely buy this product again
