JR Products(497-AB-3P-A Black City/Gravity Water Hatch

Didn’t realize it was all plastic. The photos made it look like metal fittings. Could have saved half the money and went with one of the other 4 options for half the price. Oh well

The gravity fill hose barb is at an angle which was not expected or shown in the listing for this unit. This was a replacement for a unit that was on the trailer and with the angle instead of straight, caused me to make modifications to the inside of the trailer that were not expected. The gravity fill hose also had to be replaced as the original was now to short. Packaged well and the rest of the unit was as expected, would purchase again for quality and price, would like to have known about the angle instead of straight on the hose barb.

Perfect fit

Although it would have worked and fit (had I used it) I sent it back. Same size and fit but poor finish and looks cheaply made, it also has an uneven plastic sheen. Mounting screws were also non finished (not black) so they “stick out” and catch your eye as well, and not in a good way. The original was thicker, had a textured finish, and recessed screw holes, this would have stuck out like a sore thumb by not matching the existing fixtures. Packaging was non existent, the body was put loosely (unwrapped) into the plastic shipping bag and the fill tube piece was also loose in the shipping bag. For almost $30 for a piece of plastic, I expected better. The purchase was refunded less a 20% restocking fee with refund policy not known until I needed to return it. Stay away from this product and seller.

The one I received DOES NOT match the one pictured. A little disappointed. The one in the picture looks much better... but I think the one I received will work as intended. Just not quite the ascetic I was expecting. The one I received looks cheaper, and less finished.What IS pictured??

Cheaply made....but was the only black one I could find in this configuration.

Works just as it should. No leaks or anything
