In short you get freshly ground turmeric based on your order. Please note any spice, start to lose its original flavour and aroma in powder form after few months (typically 6-8 months). Hence we recommend to buy small quantities of 100gm. We use a specific traditional method, that make sure there is no excess heat is generated in the grounding process, as the heat can exhaust some of the nutrients in the spice. We have taken extra care to preserve the nutritional content of the spice during the entire process, from the first step of preparing land for cultivation and choosing right seed.
