Swans Down Regular Cake Flour has been a staple in my kitchen for a long time. The fine, soft texture of this flour consistently produces generally light and fluffy cakes, pies, and pastries that delight my family during gatherings. However, for some reason, this 8-pack of cake flour produces very dry cakes. I'm not sure what happened. I have used it with many. many different recipes, and I always get a dry cake. I know the product is usually good, so I'm giving it 4 stars. I definitely lost my money on this purchase.

My cakes always come out perfectly with this cake flour some people like to use all purpose flour to bake their cakes I enjoy baking my cakes with this cake flour because I don't have to add baking soda or any of the other ingredients needed when I use this cake flour.
