I would give this 5 stars if the cords on the heating pad connectors were a bit longer. The cords are pretty short so that after you connect it and run it down, there’s limited slack in the cord to place the control on a nightstand. It was also tough to put the fitted sheet over the pad because the cords are pretty thick and stiff. Other than that, the multiple settings are nice to have and the heating pad heats quicker than any other mattress pad we’ve had. Most take a good 30 minutes to get to the desired temperature, this was takes mere minutes.

This is the first mattress pad warmer I have purchased. It was a great price and I loved it. The pad is nice and thick and the sides fit well over my deep mattress. However, the control unit on one side just up and quit after the first year. I have tried to find a way to purchase another control without buying a whole new pad. I checked the warranty and it was only for ONE year, so guess I'm out of luck.

Have only had this for a few days, and turned it on twice. That part seems to be great so far. Design wise having the cords all coming off of the head of the mattress is very good. However, the cord between the pad and the control is about 2 feet to short. With fitted sheets and a 14" mattress the control hangs upside down from the mattress. Also the little plastic latch on the cord that plugs into the pad broke off the first time we put it on the bed. Looked like a great idea to keep the cord plugged in, until it just broke off when wrestling with the fitted sheet.

I'm very pleased with the initial quality of this heated mattress pad. It is a very good value for a dual-zone pad. The dual controllers are in the right spot and easy to use. I was very impressed that the heating coils cover the entire surface of my king-size mattress all the way out to the edges.

Fit the mattress very well. The location for the plugins should be at the bottom not at the top.

My wife loves this thing and I love it too because I don’t have to turn my side on works very good has plenty of settings just put a mattress cover over it because it is a rough feeling

I'm keeping because of the price - but don't like the way the controls attach to the pad - makes putting sheets over top difficult

Dual controls so we can each have our own setting and the quality and fit of the product.
