I've wanted a Dash Cam for two years now, but had no idea where to start. I had a couple different ones picked out in the $100 range, but couldn't decide... I just didn't know what to look for. After looking around for a while I found this at half the cost of what I was previously looking at, and it had great reviews, so I thought it would be worth a try. I absolutely LOVE it! I don't know how many times I've wished I had a camera installed, and it's as much fun as I'd hoped it'd be. The day it was delivered I received an email form the manufacturer with an installation video, although it was really just how to run the cable, because it's as easy as plugging in and it starts up. So I washed my windshield, installed it with the window suction mount (another thing I was looking for- I didn't want anything permanent on my dash, although it does come with an optional dash mount), and plugged it in. The adapter also has a lighted USB port so I don't lose the ability to charge my phone. Side note- you do need a Micro SD card (which I already happened to have). My 16GB card holds 35 3-minute videos, each with a couple of seconds overlap so nothing is missed. The graphics are fantastic, I've driven at sunset with full sun glare and at night. As you can see in the pictures I've caught deer in the headlights, Christmas lights, and it handles the light almost as well as my professional camera. I'm recommending this to all of my friends!

I hit something in the road and destroyed may tire and some damage to my fender. I thought great i have a dash camera so i can show it to my employer and the insurance company. the only recording for today was me cleaning snow off my windshield 1/2 hour Pryor to my incident . I checked all my settings they were correct. guess you get what you pay for! This product does not perform as described. I would not recommend this product

I'd been looking an affordable dashcam for some time when I stumbled across this underpriced gem on Amazon. I purchased this product in mid-January and it’s been in heavy use ever since. I paired this with a 32GB microSD card (Class 10) and use the included USB 2.0 car charger to power the device. The wide video recording angle is great, and the audio quality is good. Although a little confusing at first, the camera has plenty of options to fit your needs. One thing to note, depending on the size of SD card, the camera will stop recording once the SD card becomes full. If you're like me and find that slightly inconvenient, you can turn off the G-Force setting in menu options. The G-Force setting basically controls the motion sensor (accelerometer) in the camera which auto-protects files if it detects a collision. With this setting off, the oldest files will auto-delete when the SD card is close to getting full.Overall, great product and I would purchase again.

Sorry, this camera get negative stars on the mounting as the camera can’t manage to stay in my windshield for more than a minute which makes this thing completely useless. Just writing this review now as I only took it out of the box today after a year+.The design of it is poor as the power cord loops up to the top and is an awkward power cord nightmare.Also it would be great if the company would reach out as I have not managed to keep the camera on even plugged into the lighter. The device stays on no more than a 30 seconds and then powers off over and over.I’ve read the manual, lcd remains off.

Purchased this dash-cam to replace an old one I had that failed due to age, heat and battery issues. this unit is very easy to install. Operating the camera is easy if you're just recording and taking the SD out if you want to replay or download the files into your computer. It takes a bit of fumbling to learn the modes in the camera with the buttons on the sides of the cam. They are marked for their main purpose but when you change to playback their function changes and this takes a bit of time to get used to. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

I’ve been wanting a dash cam since then, and wen it arrived, everything is packed and its all look fancy and quality was so great. Then wen i tested it i wasn’t wrong of my choice. Its was really great, clear and easy to install! The night vision of the camera is clear.I totally recommend it. Its worth it!!

Could be a nice camera if the two mounts were not junk. Suction cup won’t hold more then 3 minutes. The adhesive mount did not last a day before falling off. The suction cup mount also does not stay fasten the the camera. Also, the night vision resolution alternates between very good to very bad. Some one else posted a video of this.

The camera worked great for the time I had it which was about a year. The suction cup was the only thing that gave me any kind of issues but it was only during the summer when my windshield and car became really hot. The night vision was decent while I was driving but there was times when it would only work when a bright light flashed the camera first. Overall it’s a product I would purchase again.

I purchased this product and it is not recording in loop. I use it in a car which I use for short commute, so I came to know about this problem only after 15 days. I contacted the seller multiple times and they didn't care to respond. Its not recording in loop so its actually defeating the purpose.Better not to go for this product.

Too heavy, not sure if it would stick to the windshield for some time
