What is there not to love with these extensions? I have used micro loop for years and this brand is by far my favorite. I even bought the "high end" brand that starts with a B and rhymes with salami and ugeat extensions are superior! I have the side of my head shaved and use about 3 packs to get my hair nice and thick.Customer service is phenomenal, truly wouldn't change anything. I wish I had a way to reuse the extensions as I find my beads tend to be useless after removal but with these extensions lasting nearly a month and a half to two months (could be longer I just personally don't like feeling the beads more than an inch from my scalp) I'm fine throwing the money their way when it's time to get new ones. Love these!

I have been wearing her extensions for about and a half. I first started off with a Bellamy volume weft extensions. While fantastic hair quality, I was not a fan of the limited ways I could wear my hair with wefts. I was super interested in silver micro-link extensions but could not find any of the big names that made them.I decided to scan Amazon and found these. I knew I was taking my chance on quality. I purchased a box and took it to my hair wizard (stylist). She was pleasantly surprised by the quality. I bought 3 more 22” boxes. She put them in and we were both impressed. I had them in for 6 weeks, and had my move up appointment. Unfortunately, after trying to move up a few, she realized the bead was just separating from the hair. Moving them up is just not a possibility. We are leaving them in, another 4 weeks, and getting the most wear out of them.In the process, I had dropped off the 2 boxes I had not used and she converted the new micro link tips into k-tips. So today, she fused a bunch of mini k-tips to frame my face. I am ECSTATIC with the result! I can’t wait to go back, to have the remaining micro-links removed and k-tips placed.I do want to mention, I saw a lot of reviews complaining about the tangling. I did NOT have that problem. I wash my roots 2, maybe 3 times a week, and deep condition my ends at the same time. I ALWAYS sleep with my hair in a loose braid.I have a carbon filter on my shower head, to reduced the risk of the color going brassy. I’ve only used purple hair shampoo on it twice in 6 weeks, to make sure I didn’t get the brassy look. The silver STILL looks amazing. I will most DEFINITELY be purchasing again.

These were my first micro loops . I’ve been using tape ins and clip ins for 10+ years so I’m very familiar with quality hair extensions. These aren’t bellami quality but for hair extensions on a budget these are my go to. The installation is a lengthy process but so worth it. Had no issues with the beads or slipping. I had them in roughly for 3 months . Very decent quality hair for Amazon. They would’ve lasted longer but I had a boat day without braiding and got a huge tangle which was my fault completely. With proper care (same for any extension) such as washing 1-2x weekly, brushing frequently throughout the day , smoothing oil on ends, braiding for sleep, these are worth it. They did get a little tangly on the ends towards the end of having them in but I also curled them daily. A quick trim solved the issue. I ordered 4 packs 20”x2 and 22”x2. I have medium thick hair and 2-2.5 packs was plenty for a full head of thickness. Length was true to size if not a little longer.

I am writing a separate review of this product based on my experience with two different color extensions from this company. I ordered extensions for my sister and myself. Hers were the level one black and were amazing. I ordered the 60A white blonde for myself. While I was very pleased with the extensions I received and used for her installation, I’m very disappointed with the blonde extensions. The color was not white blonde. Even though all three packs were labeled as such, they look more like the extensions sold as #P27/613. While the black extensions had great fullness in each individual weft and were uniform from the top through the ends, the blonde extensions were significantly thinner and became even thinner through the ends. I finished a full head installation on my sister sing three packs of the black with approximately 20 left over and it looked amazing. I am now waiting until Tuesday to finish my installation as I have had to order two more packs of hair to finish mine. The difference in the wefts between colors is ridiculous and there is no way that the blonde extensions are truly 1g per weft as advertised. While I hated spending one more dime on these I didn’t dare order another brand to finish with for fear of potential color variation between brands. I have already had to tone my hair to match these as they aren’t the color advertised. While I was very pleased with the black extensions from this company, I can’t express how disappointed I am with the blonde extensions from the same company. The cost, especially the significant increase in cost for the blonde extensions, for the very poor quality, insufficient weight, which was obvious when compared between the two colors, and complete lack of uniformity in thickness from top to bottom of this extension will definitely keep me from purchasing again. If I’m paying for 24” extensions to achieve a 24” length, I don’t expect to have to trim 4” off to make my length look like a normal fullness because of inferior product. What started off as a great experience with one color has turned into a horrible one with the other. I’m even more upset that I now have to go days with half a head of extensions while I wait for the additional packs to arrive to finish the installation and will not be able to wear my hair down until then. In over twenty years as a licensed cosmetologist, I’ve never had such a bad experience with brand inconsistencies and quality control. I will be contacting the company directly regarding my experience as well as submitting this review.Continuation…After posting my review I was actually contacted by the company who expressed concern with my experience with their products. They assured me they would immediately begin working with their supplier to improve the quality of the products I was displeased with and offered compensation which I received in a timely manner. I want to add that when I was last doing my daughters hair a few weeks ago, had accidentally purchased a bundle of hair for her that was not the Ugeat brand. After completing her installation, I was so upset when I brushed through to smooth everything and half of her extensions slid right out. The other half that were the Ugeat brand were securely in place. The silicone ring inside the bead and the way Ugeat secured the weft for their extensions, ensures a great hold with minimal slipping of individual extensions. My last personal installation was the 21st of April. As of June 30th, on a full head of extensions, I’ve lost maybe a dozen over that two month period. I’m not experiencing excessive tangling and overall have had a good experience with the superior wearability of this brand!

Edit: Update: The company made it right and I’m so happy! Thank you!!I’ve ordered several different brands of extensions off Amazon, the description doesn’t seem to be accurate. The hair shed quite badly from day 1, and the beads don’t hold very well. I’ve lost several pieces in just a month of wear where other brands I don’t lose any for months. The hair gets easily matted with a simple messy bun and the strands seem to be thin in comparison to others.

I have been using Ugeat Extensions for almost 5 years. The quality had always been much better than others on Amazon except perhaps Hetto brand. They have very good customer service when addressing concerns. No complaints from me there. The problem is I find their extension quality to be very hit and miss now. Previously before all the Covid supply issues I could get 6 months out of my extensions, now I'm lucky to get 3 months due to matting and the beads cracking. I can live with the down grade in hair quality but now adding the issue with the beads cracking and not holding I'm not sure how much longer I can give them my business. Unfortunately, there aren't many decent hair extensions in the market right now. These extensions aren't cheap Ugeat! Fix these issues please. Stronger beads and better hair quality please!!UPDATE: Great Customer Service as always. Have been in contact with me and working on a solution. Even though I have had some quality issues with Ugeat over the last year (mostly due to Covid supply issues) they have been extremely helpful and receptive to input on how to improve their quality control issues. They are still the best hair extension company on the market currently for micro loops.
