TovThe Damsel`s Maxi Skirt

These are very beautiful skirts. I love love love the look. I'm gonna wear it with a tank crop top. Yes this skirt is kinda heavy as decribed. I think that it will be perfect for all seasons. I am curvy, 5ft 2in, 169lbs, thick chic but not very big. I ordered 2 of them, a medium and a small and I have processed a refund for a small instead of the medium. I have to wiggle into it because of my rear end, but it is not difficult to get on. Oh yeah....I will be adding a zipper to the side of the skirt. The elastic in the waist is not tight enough to hold up this heavy skirt. So order a size down. The small fit perfect. It's kinda puffy, not as straight as it appears on the model. And it is kinda long on me, it is on the ground but I like it. So if you're short like me, you may have to have it altered if you don't want it to drag the ground. It's material is of great quality. Not cheaply made. It arrived within a couple of days with Amazon prime.A must have if this is your style.

I searched high and low for this dress I think I bought it in 2019 after I searched high and low for it. Saw a local celebrity from a VH1 reality show with it on and was like I got to get that. After putting it in google search plaid and blue jean long skirt I was able to find it here on Amazon. It is very comfortable, it’s a bit heavy but whatever it doesn’t bother me. The fabric and lining is comfortable and I love the plaid in blue jean color which is what drew me to it. It’s very versatile once I wore it with blue jean dkny platform sneakers and one thanksgiving I wore it with timberlands. I love this skirt. It was a little expensive for me but I vowed to get my wear out of it.

I really like this skirt. The material is not what I expected at all. I was afraid it was going to be cheaply made despite the high ticket price. It is made with several different fabrics. I am glad I read the reviews reference sizing. The skirt is heavy and does run a little big/long. I did have a lil difficulty pulling it up over my posterior, but once I did the waist was perfect. If I had sized up it would have been too big/long, especially since I am only 5'3. The elastic band in the waist gives a little extra room, but not too much. If you have a large mid-section you will have to size up. If you are short like me heels are a must with this skirt, because it drapes the floor. The skirt has more fabric in the front than the rear. I love plaid, so I love the patterns chosen. The colors pop differently. Although, they are not as vibrant as shown on the model the color scheme is still really pretty. This will definitely have to be put in the cleaners, due to the variations in fabrics. I deducted 1 star due to the price. The shipping was great. I will update my review when I wear it.Note: I purchased a Large. I am 5'3 and over 200 lbs.
