Nupla - 31375 PA375-36 Pulaski Axe with Classic Handle with DB Grip, 36" Handle Length

We had a huge, decades-old lilac bush in the yard of our new home. We cut down the structure, but the root system was extremely deep and twisted. After several attempts to dislodge it, Hubby mentioned a tool he used back in his wildfire fighting days. This did the trick with minimum effort and frustration and the tool held up beautifully. We will use it on some rotten cherry trees when they come down as well.

My firefighter neighbor has this same tool. He let me borrow his to help prepare our yard for landscaping. It worked great. I was really happy with the amount of work I got done using it that I bought one. Great Tool!!!!

I saw this item on the TV show Mysteries at the Museum. I can't remember his first name but his last is the name of the product. Pulaski! He saw an idea that was needed and with a bit of wielding he attached a hoe onto a axe head and it became a very useful tool for forestry fire fighters. I am glad I have one.

the tool I was shipped was not a pulaski axe. It is a standard firemans axe with a spike opposite the axe head. The pulaski axe has a mattock opposite the axe head.
