Very Good Ayurvedic Tablets for Constipation
This is a time tested remedy for Constipation. clears & cleans the stomach giving relief.

It works, but may not be a good idea for long term
First thing first, these tablets are better than powdered form. It is difficult to consume powder because of taste. Tablets solved the problem of lousy taste and it is far more convenient to consume tablets as you don’t need any spoon. I started with one tablet every day and saw absolutely no effect whatsoever. On the fourth day, I increased the dosage to two tablets (after dinner) per day and immediately improvement in bowel movement started. For about one week it worked well but after that constipation symptoms started to come back and within one more week I was where I started. At this point I stopped taking these tablets. Now after a gap of 10 days I again started taking two tablets per day with positive results. Let us see how they works this time. Meanwhile, I am advised by an Ayurveda practitioner that it is OK to take these tablets off and on, but it may not be a good idea to take them regularly on long term basis.

Very powerful if 2 pills are taken and not for daily use. Need to use them as per ayurvedic doctor's consultation.
