Reduced my swelling fast! I got my pre-pregnancy body back in half the time!
Based on the reviews, I ordered a medium and it fit perfectly. I'm 5'4" and 120 lbs post delivery. This girdle panties are fantastic. They have done wonders to help my tummy shrink faster than my last pregnancy when I didn't wear any compression undergarments. They work best on the tummy area. I gave it a 4 star rating because I was hoping I could tighten the lower abdominal area where I am having some swelling under my c-section scar. Although it is a snug fit, I can't tighten it in that particular area. I wear this under my clothes and it is not noticeable, but I wear sweat pants and jeans mostly, not dresses. I do think it would hide well under a dress that is not too thin or see through. I wear these along with the Upspring C-Panty High Waist compression panties. The C-Panty has a higher waist so it pushes my full stomach in and it has more compression in the lower ab area were my c-section scar is located. I alternate between these two undergarments and it has really helped me get my body back faster! I highly recommend these!

Worth the Risk
To be honest, I don't know if they actually work. I simply don't know if I had not used them would my stomach be back into shape, but I wasn't going to take that risk. I ordered both the black and "nude" color. I started wearing them about 4 weeks after birth and mostly for when I went back to work after 6 weeks (my job doesn't offer maternity). After about 2-3 months, the elastic wore itself out. I found myself having to pull the flap tighter and tighter across my belly. Maybe that was a sign of losing weight, I don't know. But they did make me look smooth and "not lumpy" under my clothes postpartum.Ultimately, they felt comfortable and like I was wearing Spanx, but obviously with the target area being the belly. These are much more comfortable than Spanx and the company Leonisa actually has an entire line similar to Spanx that I would check out and consider because I felt these products were the most comfortable body shapers I have ever owned. I'm going giving these three stars only because I can't say that these actually helped to reshape and restore my postpartum belly. But if you are looking for a product to at least hide it a bit, definitely go with these!

It felt great on the incision and held things very secure
The sizing on this was confusing to begin with and I ordered the size I should according to the size chart provided, I should have sized up because it was too small until after my swelling went down from the csection. That didn't happen until about a week and a half after but I had hoped to use it in hospital. Also, I felt that this didn't go up high enough on my abdomen and because it's tight, it was very uncomfortable around my midsection. It felt great on the incision and held things very secure, it was just uncomfortable everywhere else.

Good for Traditional Shape Wear Use Too
I got these to use as shapewear. I had my most recent C-section 2 years ago. I've had three c-sections and one traditional birth. I couldn't find any shape wear that offered support for this area. I'm excited to have found these and will be ordering more.I am 5'11 and wear a size 6 or size medium. I ordered the small after reading the reviews and I'm certain medium would have been too big so they do run large.I wasn't able to get the exact same angle for each pic but I posted before and afters (wearing Aeri leggings size medium tall).

No
I used these twice and got rid of them. The idea is great, but I'm a small person with no butt to begin with, and they practically cut my little butt cheeks in half! If you love crazy panty lines and double butt cheeks, it's for you. I purchased the C-Panty at the same time and love those; they have a much better fit.

Unexpected good
Can not believe it, it is extremely good, My waistline was 108 cm after my c section, and no matter what I did (except doing some fitness since I need to wait three months to go at least.)Once I place this one on for three days! My waist is 93cm! And it do take care of the area between c section line to abdominal line, I love it!Only cons is not easy to go to bathroom since wearing it!

Wear over underwear as OVERNIGHT SUPPORT (and incision compression) after c-section
I bought these after my c section incision opened up (yikes!) 5 weeks postpartum. My OB said I HAD TO go back to wearing my abdominal binder but overnight it would always ride up and end up around my waist, not my incision (and - paradoxically - put downward pressure on my incision by pushing in the wrong place). Anyway, I thought there must be a panty with support like a binder, saw these and thought I'd try.I agree they wouldn't be great under clothes during the day (they do give you a muffin top that I imagine wouldn't be there after losing the baby weight, but then you also wouldn't need to bind your incision anymore), but overnight they're perfect.I wear them over other panties so that I can wear them a few nights in a row - treating them less like panties and more like an abdominal binder that happens to look like panties. They feel a lot like the binder I use during the day in terms of pressure and I found the medium to fit just right. For reference I wear a size 6 normally (not pregnant). The pressure is also adjustable. I'm using it at the widest setting now but will make it tighter as I lose baby weight.

Good for post C Section Moms
Great buy, wish I knew about them sooner and would have ditched the abdominal binder after 2 weeks. Bought 2nd pair bc I like so much. Personally, I notice a big difference (post C section) in my stomach when I wear a binder and when I don't. This works great. It is tight, but I wanted it to fit like my binder does. Definitely meets my needs, just wish it was cheaper.

Good support and comfort
Bought these for after my emergency C-section. They are made from a quality material and give a good level of support. Very comfortable to wear. I have generally been wearing size 12 clothes through pregnancy and size 8 before being pregnant. I bought these pants in size medium and they. fit well.

Too expensive
Not worth the money. Just big knickers with tummy control.

Impressed with quality of material and ajustable straps allow you to squeeze yourself in as you wish. Does what says it should. Like the quality so much that shall look for other items from this brand as would be worth the money.

Would recommend and buy again
Used these after a c-section and they really helped support my stomach and also the wound. I could also tighten as the bump went down. Would recommend and buy again.

I have a large hernia and the abdominal support provided by the NHs was very uncomfortable. The postpartum panty is far easier to wear and appears to do the job required.
