This is better than any and every multi vitamin I’ve ever taken! I put a scoop in my coffee or tea every day. It completely dissolves and is tasteless so it doesn’t change the taste at all. My hair and nails are healthy and my knees are feeling so much better! My skin is looking so healthy. I’ve been using this for about a year and can really feel a difference in my body. Love this stuff!

I was hesitant about purchasing a powdered Collagen because I didn’t want the grittiness like I get from my protein powder. But THIS!! Is nothing like THAT! I purchased the vanilla and added it to my coffee the flavor is really good and blends extremely well. I usually add 1 tablespoon of plain powdered coffee creamer and 2 teaspoons of turbinado sugar to my coffee. I did feel it was too sweet and noticed this collagen powder includes extracted Stevia leaf, so I cut back on my sugar and put only 1 teaspoon and it was perfect. My main reason for this purchase was for the joint support. It’s too early to tell yet, but with all the other benefits it’s a win-win and for the quality, clean ingredients and taste it’s worth the price . A lot of reviews complained that the jar is half full, but just like a bag of potato chips; products settle, you’re still getting the amount it says printed on the jar.

I am in my 40's with bad hips. If I sat in one position too long, my left hip tended to lock up, and it was so painful to get it moving again. After using this brand of collagen for about 6 weeks, I no longer have that problem. I have not noticed any difference in my skin, but that was not why I purchased the product. Having stronger hair and nails is a bonus for me. The taste is unpleasant, but I put it in chocolate milk and drink it quickly. It is very much worth the taste and cost for me.

I have been using Ancient Nutrition products for over a year and if there is one product on the market that delivers on their promises it's their collegen products.Ancient Nutrition promises to promote hair, nail and gut health and my nails have never been longer or stronger and my hair hasn't been this thick since I was a kid. Not only do I have thicker hair but the quality of my hair has changed, I went from having frizzy unruly hair, no matter what product I used to turn frizz into curls, but my hair is full of body and straight. Not stringy straight, full body straight.I no longer have any stomach aches after I eat so I can only surmise that my gut health has improved as well. These products come flavored but I prefer the non-flavored version to mix into my morning smoothie where I also add their Super Greens powder, Collustrum (Lemon Bar is my preferred flavor) and Pure Bone Protein.Ancient Nutrition powdered productions are almost a fine silt and blend easily. I was worried that my use of all of these products to rely on for all my nutritional needs was going to give me a poor report on my next fasting blood test. Instead it did the opposite.
