Pretty amazing stuff, homeopathic remedies. Cells salts are among the most amazing! I read and re-read several of the cell salts books on Amazon and have been working with various combinations recommended by them. I'm happy with the results. And, the Bioplasm amazing for curing the bad effects working in the Florida heat and sweating too much. I said "curing" and I'm serious. Gator Aid is a poor sub for cell salts.

I used this to regain my strength after catching the current malady that everyone is talking about. When you are ill, it can deplete some of the minerals from your body. This cell salt along with #12 helped in my recovery. I have since bought all 12 of the cell salts and swear by them. I love that they are completely safe for babies, the elderly, pregnant women, etc. because they are the building blocks of all or our bodies. They come in tiny pellets that dissolve quickly in your mouth and taste almost like compacted powdered sugar but less sweet. Your body will thank you for taking any or all of the cell salts!

These have been a great aid in calming anxiety. I suffer from quite a bit of nervousness it these days. I keep these on my nightstand for those nights when my brain won't turn off. They work for me. I suspect that if you are deficient in potassium, which our body uses a lot of under stressful situations, these will help you too. . I ended up ordering the 30x also. Who would have thought that something as simple as potassium salts could be so helpful? They also help with leg cramps and other things as well. I did not find that these brought relief from the horrendous migraines that plague me every month but from what I understand there are other homeopathic remedies that can and do help. In time, I hope to not only treat my headaches but root them out altogether.

I talked to a few people about cell salts and many people don't believe they work (even one naturopath said they were 'puny' compared to 'other stuff'). However, I am quite sensitive to medicine, and I can feel a small difference when taking these for stress. I also give them to my children when they have a stomach ache, and it has worked every single time (we were trying different types of probiotics for them, and they had a stomach ache every day for 5-6 weeks). So it's hard to tell who they might work for and what they may do for you. At this point, I am using them mostly for my children (3 year old twins), because they are safe and seem to work great for stomach aches. I've tried many of the cell salts, and the Kali Phos and Arnica (used for bumps, head injuries, etc. - it's sold in many pharmacies) are the ones that I will continue to purchase.

Ordered this product because I was feeling so overwhelmed with life stress that I couldn't sleep without waking up with severe anxiety attacks and it was hard to breathe. Being stressed & anxious to this point isn't healthy. After doing some research, I found this product and I could tell it was working right away, could also tell when it was wearing off and time for another dose. On days when I feel overwhelmed, I take more of the product and less on days when it's not so bad. Good days require none at all. I'll always keep this on hand, it's been a life saver!!

My lover years ago introduced me to kali phos. Believe me I was going bonkers. I really didn't believe the stuff works. It probably did. But the way that I saw it working was with my cats. She had two cats and I had two cats an they didn't get along too well. We started putting the tab into their drinking water. They all calmed down. She told me that is what they did to me. Of course, I'm saner, older and wiser now, but I can still a little agitated and I use kali phos. I still sometimes use it for my cats. That keeps me calmer too.
