The quality of the hair is alright. The density is lacking by a major part especially around the crown but otherwise the product is as advertised. I previously wrote a sour review because of the poor customer service when I emailed them regarding the cap size being comically over sized and I had to have the entire wig cut and resewn which cost me a nice little penny... However, it may just be a quality control issue. The overall quality is good, I just happened to get a bad batch I guess.They eventually offered me a refund half the price I paid to a card that no longer works and stated they couldn't do amazon credit, so as far as any compensation there wasn't any.I unfortunately ended up paying 300 overall for this wig, 250 was definitely pushing it but after everything was said and done 300 was definitely too much for this wig.It is a very beautiful wig, the lace is very nice and the shedding and bleeding is very little.It wouldn't be fair to assume all wigs are like this even though this is my only wig from them.TL;DRQuality full lace wig however the cap size was ridiculously sized. The salon kept joking how it was made for a circus gorilla, that's how big. I do see verified reviews stating their wigs were fine so maybe it was just mine. Unfortunate for me.

This hair is amazing. The fullness and texture is unreal. Fits really good! Smells amazing. The color IS exactly like the photo displayed! Worth every penny! Thank you !
