Perfect for Lyra
I was on the hunt for a brace that wasn’t too cumbersome that it actually bothered the underside of my knee more with the rigid folding some of them do but wasn’t so light that it did nothing. This is perfect. I’ve used it with or without leggings. Occasionally I have to adjust it with moves that really twist and pull it down or up a little but it has absolutely saved my knees from getting skinned when practicing a routine over and over. It’s gotten a little bit of wear on the knit and some of the adidas stitching is loose, but I put this thing through hell so that’s to be expected and I’m just buying a few more to keep for once this one has done it’s time! I have washed and hung it to dry as well.

I have a destroyed knee. My MCL, ACL, and meniscus have been shot since I was a teen. This is the best and most comfortable brace I have ever had. Not as supportive as prescribed ones, but so much more comfortable and doesn't look like anything under clothes

Ergonomic and economic
Recently had some knee pain in my left leg after weightlifting sessions and decided to get this to at least stabilize myself. I don't feel any pain since the compression helps and although it feels strange at first wearing it, it doesn't hinder my performance. For a basic knee sleeve and the price, it's great.

I am small, 5’3” 115lb. This was kinda snug, but was too loose in the areas I needed compression the most and so I returned it.

Great. Knee support never have to adjust it. Stays, where it's supposed to.

runs very small, not suitable for large legs or thighs or anyone over 130lb
runs very small, fat bulges over the top of the sleeve. Starts to get fuzzy after wearing for two weeks.

This is one of the best and the cheapest knee braces I have used in my years of training. It just works so well. You don't have to keep pulling it up. I bought $ 100 ones and no use. highly recommend if you do burpees, calisthenics.
