The laptop that I bought years ago had issues with stock chargers. They burned up quick. I first purchased one of these chargers in December 26, 2019 & I worked excellent until 3 days ago. It stopped charging my laptop unless it was positioned at exactly the right angle & even then it was hit or miss. I use my laptop for multiple hours a day and I think I got a great value for this charger. I just recently bought another once since the first one burned up. 5 out 5 stars. Some people may think I should give the charger a poor review because it did not last more than 3 years. I disagree. I have used more expensive chargers and they did not last as long.

I ordered a charger and cable for my laptop which should have the previous one chewed up. I looked at Dell's website and a few other places, this one was the third of the price. It arrived quickly and in great condition. It works perfectly.

I was expecting to have some kind of adjustment problems with my computer, but the moment I plugged it in it immediately worked started charging the battery, and I have no issues since I will buy this again if I ever need a new battery charger great price and it worked great the first time I started using it.

The power cord from my Dell Laptop fried out - don't know why, but without it my laptop couldn't be charged past the remainder of it's then-current battery charge. So I ordered this one, because (unlike some of the other recommended replacements), it's specs were the same as the ones on the back of the old one and it was reasonably priced. So far, it's worked perfectly...but that's only been one week. Ask me again in a year...or three. Since I don't know what fried the other one, I won't know how well this one is unless, and until, it lasts as long as the first one did,

1. Bought the product - 11/20192. Observed that product did not work - 12/20193. Got super tied-up with COVID-19 & other situations - Could not contact seller/return product.4. Wrote email to the seller that product didn't work - 06/20205. Next day seller sent brand new replacement in mail by prime6. Works perfectly!7. Happy customer :)

Works great! I couldn't afford to pay 40 to 70 dollars in store for a charger. This charger saved the day for me!

I baught this Dell charger. And I thought that it was going to be ok to plug into my Laptop. My laptop was working before I got this charger. But then My whole windows 10 got wiped out. How does that happen. Now I have to take my computer to a shop to restore my computer. I really do hope they can fix it.
