I have ordered two Racold Geyser on 15 june 2017 ...
I have ordered two Racold Geyser on 15 june 2017 for my new house.But after installation one is not working. I am not able to connect the Amazon helpline. Please help me..Amazon

Normal working but 49 higher in sale
Post complaint working fine but during sale time 49 rupees more then normal, amazon need to refund.Thank you, Your Racold Complaint No 160442734. For any assistance call at 18604252288.

Do not buy it
Hello friends do not buy it cause there is no one come from racold Technishian to install it..also i have been called customer care but they everyday told me that Technishian will call you within half an hour.but there is no action . And last hours i have been installed geyser through private Technishian. So i hate you racold

Good product but no customer support
The product is as per description...but we could not get support from Racold to install the product... no one picked up the phone even after repeated calls on the customer support number provided in Amazon...even online requests were not responded

Nice geyser in the price range..
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. The product quality is good.. Warms the water very fast and retains the hot water for 5-6hrs...only problem was the color of the product described is not what was delivered.. The color shown is white n Black however I received beige and black color geyser.. Rest all is Gud..

Good product, definitely recommended
I received this product in well packed. Got it installed by racold's service. You just have to call the care service no. given in the discription. They also gave me demo of the product which really helped. Satisfied with the product and service.

Worst in service and no response for complaint request also
Don't buy this company products for any reason. Because without out service response nothing we can do.. I never this type of worst service in electronic devices.. No installation and no response for complaint after 20days also.. Ideally kept side after purchase.. If we install with local person they won't give Waranty if we get any issue they won't give service.. We need to through in dust bin otherwise we have to go for best...
