Authentic Foods Brown Rice Flour Superfine, 3 lbs (2 Pack)

I use Authentic Foods Brown Rice Flour in my gluten free backing. It is superior to all other GF flours in my opinion. I especially love in making my pizza dough. It's not grainy or heavy like other brown rice flours. It is very finely ground. It is expensive though.

I love the very fine texture of this flour which makes it easy to incorporate into almost any recipe. I use it solo, but also combine it with other flours as desired, and the result is always better when I have this brown rice flour included. I think it's a little healthier since it's brown rice flour, and the super fine texture is a must.

Best flour for baking. No gritty texture and excellent taste. My friends have no idea they are eating gluten free 😊

The best GF flour ever because of the superfine grind. We are puzzled that other producers have not marketed superfine rice flour. It makes a tremendous improvement in the quality of GF baked goods.
