Best Vitamin D I have tried!
I love that this vitamin is small and easy to swallow. It is actually strong than most brands so I do not have to take more than one soft gel per day!

Effective, Easy-to-Swallow Vegan D3
Sports Research Vegan Vitamin D3 5000IU (125 mcg) with Coconut Oil are the best. My Vitamin D was low for a while, and after trying three other brands with lower IU doses that didn’t help, I switched to these. The 5000IU made a real difference—after a few months, my levels are perfect. I also appreciate that they’re vegan and Non-GMO Project Verified. I hate taking pills, but the veggie softgels make them easy to swallow. Highly recommend.

Good source
Made with Lichen, and processed with no toxic chemicals. I like that I could look up the COA third party report on my Vitamin D3. I haven't had an updated D3 test, but hopefully this will raise my levels.

Small but Powerful
This is highly concentrated Vitamin D from plant-based sources. One tiny tablet per day does it for you. This is important for everyone in order for your body to absorb calcium and prevent bone loss.

Good quality supplement although vegan version expensive
Vitamin D supplement is bioavailable form (D3 over D2), capsules are good size to be convenient, and blood levels of vitamin D responded appropriately with this supplementation. Living in Michigan vitamin D levels were low which is no surprise. Overall happy aside from the vegan version being cost prohibitive. Buying the non-vegan version for spouse.

Effectively Increases Vitamin D Levels
After getting lab results back, my Vitamin D was low. It was 28 ng/mL when the normal range is 30-80 ng/mL. My doctor prescribed me 50,000 units of Vitamin D2. After taking that for 10 months I got another blood test and found that my levels had actually dropped to 23 ng/mL. I did the research and found this Vitamin D3 and learned that vitamin D3 is more easily absorbed and effective at raising vitamin D levels. To get to the same 50,000 units I took this Sports Research Vitamin D3 once a day and added an additional three times a week for a total of 10 pills a week. I’m happy to report that after 10 months of doing this regimen my vitamin D levels have jumped up to 56 ng/mL and are in the normal range now. I highly recommend this as an alternative to prescribed vitamin D.

VeganVitamin D3 gel tabs
It's vegan which is important to me and it's a good price for the amount you get. Also it's a gel tab which is so much easier at swallowing.
